I went through a stage where I only had coffee for breakfast but that was years ago. I workout in the mornings and Im starving afterwards so I have to eat. Feel better for the rest of the day after breakkie and I make better food choices throughout the day

Im eating more food went from 1500 to 2149 cals. For the amount of exercise I do per week including lifting heavy I wasnt compensating enough food wise. I also changed what I ate for breakfast adding more calories.

I dont think you can target where the inches come off can you? I find my measurements change all over the place one or three here and 5 there but not where I want it to be lol Always the bust alllllllways comes off there first haha

For me it was purely mental and I had to beat this bad habit. Why dont you try just reducing the amount you eat and see how you feel afterwards? I tried by eating my main meals on a side plate size took me three nights to adjust but it worked for me and I felt full dont get me wrong, I have days where I will eat more than…

I had the same with my PT7 I washed the strap then when I went to use it I wet it more than usual and tightened the strap as well :) Havent had any issues since

I increased mine for 1600 to 2149 two weeks ago and Im losing weight (slowly) I dont eat back my exercise cals either. Start small, dont over complicate it. Maybe cut back on something from your diet like soda Exercise. Give it four weeks and then measure yourself and make sure you are lifting suffcient weight.

Green coffee - I lost about 25 kilos but then they banned it cause it had a nasty substance in it that explained the racing heart, insomnia, high blood pressue, absolutely no appetite and jitterness LOL someone should of smacked me in the face hard back then!

I have lost 12.5cms since my last measure up mainly in the hips, waist, arms and thighs - None in the bust area and I still weight the same.

Thanks for that. Everyone has to start somewhere when beginning something new! I was eating at 1500 I only eat when Im hungry and find it difficult to eat when Im not. Just after advice here not a knock back
