I find Im quite hungry after working out but it doesnt carry on for the rest of the day. I satisfy my hunger straight after working out. There will be the odd day after lifting though that I will eat all day, so hungry but it doesnt happen after every lifting day

Dont do your circuit training in the weights area particularly around all the benches so noone can use them. Dont pinch someones space in the group fitness class while they step away for a quick water break Dont blow the boogies out your nose 50 times while in the shower Remove your 400 kilos of weights from the barbell…

I don't beforehad and thats if Im doing cardio or lifting. I eat straight after....usually protein like hardboiled eggs

I tried this last night, bit of a mash up but to my surprise it tasted yummy. Three chicken breasts(skinless) Minced garlic crushed ginger Salsa Curry powder Apricot chicken seasoning Throw it all in the crockpot until cooked mine took about three hours.

You really have to want to do this. You need to be in a good head space....Do you reallyw ant to lose weight? If you do then you should be putting things in motion. Log all your food even if its just a guess - that will give you an idea of just how badly you are eating and a reality check.

You should do some kind of resistance training. Maybe purchase some weights or resistance bands. resistance bands are awesome! You're never too large to try weight lifting. All the best to you :)

I only use my HRM for when Im working out. I have never subtracted any cals I have burnt. Didnt realise I was meant too. Very confusing

You can purchase resistance bands from a shop that sells gym equipment and also you can use your own body weight to do exercises.

tbh if they told you to stop then its for good reason. You may do yourself more harm than good. You can strengthen . Foam rollers are an awesome tool to use. Walking uphill aswell is a good workout

FT7 here. Awesome tool. Reads cals burnt, HR, and also stores your past workouts for up to 99 times. The chest strap is nice and stretchy just remember to adjust it to make it smaller if you need too otherwise the readings go a bit crazy.

Hi, No. I dont I have no appetite before my workout but I do afterwards so I just have breakfast, eggs or protein shake :)

7am. Sometimes I might do a class in the evening but the bulk of my workouts are early morning. Working out in the morning gives me a lot more energy and I find I dont make excuses not to go as I would after working and sitting on my butt all day

I have always used gloves even when I started lifting for the first time. I also like the ones with the straps that wrap around my wrist a few times. I just feel more secure with those when doing heavy lifting that invloves working the wrist.

I started out doing Body for Life only did the weight lifting plan which was so easy non complicated as some of them can be. I dodnt follow the food plan and has massive success. One of the best books I have ever ever read

It can take longer for some people if you arent used to going and your fitness is poor. Alot of people can feel horrible after working out which does make them not continue on just be paitent you will soon reap the benefits :O)

You can replace the batteries yourself not like the early models, some you had to send away.

Im in New Zealand. I make alot of casserole type dishes in the crockpot. There are lots of healthy options out there to use :)
