New to phen... day 3.

Are you taking 37.5mg? My Dr. has me on a half pill for this first week and I don't get any of the extra energy that everyone is talking about. Next week she said I can start a whole pill, maybe that will make a difference. I suppose I have seen a reduction in my hunger, but I'm only on day 3.

I'm also on phentermine. Day 3, a generic version. And although I can say I am a little less hungry, I don't feel the energy boost that most people speak of. I'm taking half of the 37.5 in the mornings. I actually haven't have dry mouth or anything. Anyone one else experiencing this?

I tried it one day and i felt weak as if my body were malnutritioned, no matter how much i ate. even after eating a lot of fruit i had a hunger headache.

Make sure your doing a lot of cardio. Dont weight yourself often, about every 3 weeks. I eat about 2000 calories a day, but in the gym i burn 1000. So try to for calorie count in the gym. Give up juice they have a lot of calories. Cut back on fried foods.

even after my hour and 20minute work out i was over my calorie goal. :(

I'm 5'4 and i have hips, thighs, butt, and a gut... the only thing i want to get rid of it the gut. I like my size 9 jeans and so does my boyfriend. I was at 155 when the stomach came to be way too much, I'm thinking i want to go to 130-135 i personally remember being super skinny at 115-120lbs and I was soooo insecure.

i dont like strength training, more so than anything i dont like it because it doesnt tell me how many calories ive burned so i leave feeling stronger, but thats it.
