Hi, I am a SAHM of 2 boys ages 4 1/2 and 2 1/2. I started exercising in Jan. and I go to the gym 5 or 6 days a week for 60-65 min. Luckily, the gym I use has a child watch area which really helps me out since I don't know what I would do if I had them with me.

Well I have the Hydroxcut Max for Women which I think was about $60 from GNC and they told me I can exchange it but can not have a refund without the receipt. :mad: Why would I keep they receipt to something I was going to take?

Great job !!! Are you using the interval setting? I used to use the weight loss setting but it wasn't doing much for me so i changed to the interval it keeps my HR up where I need it. I usually do 45 min and yesterday I told my friend I think I can do the whole hour. I am going to try it today. Wish me luck and good luck…

Since the beginning of using MFP every so often I get the box that pops up and says you have lost 10 pounds since you last modified your goals. Do you want to do this? Thanks for the responses. I always eat about 1 1/2 hr before I go to the gym and then usually a light snack right after and I have to have water while working out I get extreme dry mouth so fast I usually do 60-65 ounces within my time at the gym. Yes, I did read the article and I feel like people are gonna expect miracles from the "buritto diet" just like the "cabbage diet" or any other so called diet. I still feel that people don't need to eat a certain food to lose weight just healthier foods and in moderation.

No, when I get done I switch it from timer mode to regular time. It still will have the little heart on top and blink and beep like it is reading so I will flip through to the timer mode to see what it says and it will be reading a rate as if it was still on me???

I started using my HRM and for the first few days I was burning really good calories according to it but for the last two days I am working really hard and even increased my cardio to 40min on the elliptical and then run 1/2 mile on the track and it is less then before. Is there a reason for this?
