When it comes to entering macros on MFP, I try my best to be as close as possible. However , I use a different app that is more accurate and lets me jump back and forth with my high carb days and low carb days.

Whenever I go out and eat I always order chicken breast, fish or steak no oils, & steamed veggies (NO OILS) Never Fails :) But when it's my cheat meal then I get what I want :) Eat half of the plate and I'm good to go
