thats the problem with society these days, everyone wants a quick fix. You didn't gain it overnight, or even in a week. Give your body time and look at the big picture, not the little 4x4 square your looking at to tell you if you have lost weight or not.

I'm starting in January. I got my videos from a friend and burned them, and I found all the info about the whole program online, and signed up for a free coach thru beach body. The diet is very strict, watch youtube, you can find a TON of information about it.

I lost 100lbs and I had the big belly flap too, so I decided to opt for surgery. It was the best decision I have ever made. Totally worth the $$ and I would do it again in a heart beat. I want to do my thighs next.

I did WW meetings and lost 100lbs in 10 months. I was fantastic. I just made the mistake and went back to my old eatting habits after awhile and gained alot of it back. I like this app so much better than.
