Well when I thought about quitting I think about all the times I did before and just came to realize the only thing I have on my side right now is time...........I should stay the course instead of just saying screw it and having to start all over :))

Well for obvious reasons I am all for it but just as long as they are not toooo bigggg. I look for them to look pirkey but proportionate to the individuals body structure :))

If you find you are going that much you may want to try to spead your water consumption out a little more............your water amounts are great but sometimes you find running to the bathroom all the time if you drink to much to fast............just my observation :))

I honestly would say its only 10% physical and 90% mental.....if your head is in the right place and you are motivated to succeed then you will lose weight if your not giving 100% EVERYDAY it will feel defeated quickly....Just my opinion :)

Try cutting your calories to about 1800 per day and be sure to drink lots of water...............about 120 ounces per day(Not all at one time). Not to get in a medical battle with you but most Americans do not drink enough water and overweight people tend to confuse being thisty to being hungry.
