The last week I have been eating 1350. I have gained 16 pounds so far. I was just wondering if I wasn't eating enough.

I recently came back on here. I'm due dec 31 and worked out 2 days last week. My legs still feel tired when walking up the stairs. I think so far I have gained 16 pounds.

Started level 3 today. Just when I thought she couldn't get any crazier she does. My arms are still very weak. I wish it was as easy to build muscle in them as it was my legs.

Day 3 level 2 done today. For the life of me I can't do the push up while bringing the knee up thing lol. Everything else I've pretty much got down. This is a lot more challenging than the 30 ds was.

Hi, I'm a 31 yr old mom of four kids. I'm done having kids so I decided it was time once and for all to lose the last bit of baby weight. It can be challenging to find the time to take care of yourself but it can be done. Just have to find what works best for you. I welcome any new friends :)

How much do u usually lose per week on that many calories? I try to stay under 1399 and don't eat my exercise calories back. The weight loss has slowed down and I usually work out 5 days a week for a hour.

I'm also 5'3 and weigh 124 currently. My gw is 120. I started doing Jm 6 week 6 pack and Jm ripped in 30. I'm also skinny fat and trying to tone up. My biggest problem area seems to be the belly.

I started yesterday. I found it to be more fun than the Jm 30 ds. But I'm sure it will get harder as the levels go up lol.

Just finished 30 ds today. I'm going to start on Jm ripped in 30. I have also been doing Jm 6 week six pack for the last 12 days.
