I feel good about Day 2. I ate much better and walked for 30 minutes at a brisk pace. I was proud.

Good morning to all...Don't forget that we CAN and Will do this! I have found that if I MAKE myself enter the food first before opening my mouth, then I am much more likey to eat the right things.
