What helped me with feeling tired all day is truthfully eating better. I eat a lot of veggies, fruit, some yougart, and mixed nuts. My caffeine intake is very little. I would not say that it is slow. I'm doing a 12:00min mile and I'm fine with that. I figure the more I run and whatnot I'll speed up. Just complete my first milestone of doing a 7k/5k without walking.

I agree year of change. Just got rid of an emotionally abusive boyfriend. Started a few weeks ago to eating healthier so hopefully we all keep up the good work to change for the positive!
