This is what I found to do too. Sorry it doesn't help you. But you may have to wake up earlier so you can go before you run. :( I would watch your diet too and see what you are eating and how it affects things. I know I watch carefully what I eat before races.

Mine typically last around 300 miles then I notice the aches and replace.

Done two. They can be a lot of fun! I did the Color Me Rad though as its the one that came through here.

I didn't wear them for the first year. My hands look worse than my husband's now. I just got a pair. They are so Purrrtttyyy. They match my shoes. ;) On a guy, I think its up to them. But no way I'd let my husband rub rough hands all over me. Find some freaking lotion!

Down 14lbs so far. Lost 5% BF so far.

hahahaha wow, ya I'll stick with my detachable ones, less than 20$ at Wally world and they have different pressures and all. :)
-
I changed ours when we got here. We have the detachable in both bathrooms. I like to be considerate to my guests too.

At the gym, I've been trying to make friends with them! They inspire me to push harder, lift heavier. We swap tips and help spot. The boys seem to run off when we take over the weight room. :)

I don't like gloves. I can't seem to get as good of a grip. Plus I love my callouses and my ring blisters. I don't need "sexy hands." I'm cool with my battle scars. :)

Dog food.

I have rest days, 2 a week. The rest of the week I lift(alternating parts) and run and do some classes. On rest days I only do a little stretching. :)

I use Jvc Hafxc80 Black Series In-Ear Carbon Headphones currently and they stay in fine for me. I wanna get cordless or over the ear ones but I wear glasses and find it hurts. :/

My favorite word- gym. I am not cold friendly. When it gets cold, I get in the gym. They have indoor pool, racket ball, treadmills, weights, classes you name it. I wear an extra layer to the gym to stay warm, then just leave it in my locker when I get there. If you are going outside, I agree with the others to layer up.

I figure this is working on creating good habits with nutrition and exercise. Its not about 1lb or losing a race. This is journey to a better me will have ups and downs. And I do log it when I gain a lb. or two. I'm not perfect, but I want to be better. I just kick my own butt back into gear.

I married a 65% Endo + 35% Tubbomorph(as you put it) and love him. He's got the amazing shoulders and muscular thighs with a little softness around the middle. I don't need him to look cut every day of our lives.

Ideal weight--- 15-17% BF depending on how it looks/what I feel best at.

I'm at a comfortable weight and size 4 basically. I still have a slight pooch under my belly button. I always have as long as I can remember. For me its been the last thing to go. But with good nutrition and lifting I'm noticing its shrinking away!

I had the goal problem, so I moved up to a half as my new goal. I'm not as great about my diet right now but strive to be better.

I like the sparkly one, but would only buy it in black. Which do you feel more comfortable in?

You are going from the couch to a full marathon in just a few months? I think it would take a lot of out of me personally if I was to do that. I have not done a full marathon but am about to start training for a half. I did a 10K two weeks ago. If I can find a 15K this winter I will add that. I'm not looking to do a half…

I think its just skinny fat. Its not something I want to be. I have always been super skinny. I graduated H.S. at less than 100 and 5'6." I gained less than 20lbs with both of my kids. I actually came out of the hospital weighing less than when I went I got pregnant with my first. The second I walked out 4lbs heavier. My…

To me no, I think its a personal thing though. I moved, I clean heavy duty every other week. (Including moving furniture and such. I don't count it. I count going for runs, or going to the gym, or racing in a 5K as my exercise. :)

Working on being the hot mom. :) Its much easier now that my youngest is in school. I can spend the school day at the gym or out running. I have two heathe..... I mean beautiful, wonderful kids. They are going to run a 5K with me tomorrow.

As someone that goes to an on post gym myself, make friends with the fit people. They can help you, answer questions, spot you, etc. They don't bite! I've made a few friends there. I've invited my other friends to come but they never do. I can't imagine asking the front desk guys to help me as they are usually busy or…

We have some and I use to just smile to myself when I could hear them over my music. Then once I found myself being a grunter and started giggling like a maniac. Sometimes it just comes out but mine are never big grunts. :)

Thanks for putting in the effort to organize keep up with this. I hope to try again next month. :)

I think for me it was the week in C25K that ends with the 20 minute solid run. When I completed that I was proud and knew that I could finish C25K. From then on I seemed to look forward to running. :)

Well I got in another 14.5 bring my total to a sad 39.4. After the pulled muscle in my hip... I'm okay with that. I'll do better next month. :) gonna aim a little lower next month. I think I'll try the 50 miles.

For me it is. I still enjoy a cup of joe every so often(with creamer & sugar). Heck I had pizza hut for dinner. But I try to spend 70-80% the time being good. I cut out somethings that I don't need in life. For me the big one was coke. It was just a waste of calories for me. But if I took out all the things I enjoy I would…

I wear it maybe twice a year for a special occasion. I don't like to smear it all over my husbands clothes or sweat it off. I'm the same with putting on all my jewelry.
