Hi, wow we are so alike! I always wanted to do a marathon, this was at the time when I couldn't run ONE step...due to big boobies, back ache, illness. One day, my little sister (soccer player, cross fitter) decided it was time to enter me into a half marathon to end my nagging. Surprise, surprise. I had 10 months to go…

Well done YOU, I'm sure you'll do well with that amount of motivation! Good luck on your journey.

I used to do that a lot...all my diets would be ruined in the evening, and I was always going to restart tomorrow. The important thing here is that you analyse the situation, learn your strengths and weaknesses and move forward. Good luck!

Hi Sappy44. It must be different in the emergency unit...I do move around, but probably not as much as you. Although a bit tricky, I realise I must get a routine to stick with. You have quite a good set-up, I might steal it. ;) Well done, you for managing with both the schedule and the dieting. =)

Hahah I've had those binges as well...someone always gets up and eats a full meal in the middle of the night...one gets weak. ;)…

I used to do that, do well all day and then binge in the evening. However I've found that not buying sweets, junk etc home helps...if I'm really craving something I ask my husband to go out and get it for me (usually at night)...and he comes up with the BEST reasons to why I shouldn't have it. That has somehow helped...an…

You can find some really good tops out there....Freya is my favourite brand, Impact and Panache are also very good. Sometimes, if you are doing high impact training, there is a need to wear two, one wired and a soft one on top. In my experience, while running wearing two reduces pain, however if just weight lifting or…
