Be able to wear my rings comfortably again, single digit clothing sizes, be comfortable in my own skin - preferable less of it... :laugh:

Mine was a slight variation - I wanted to try almond milk, so I kept it simple - just almond milk, strawberries and a banana...loved it. This was the first time I have used almond milk - gotta say I liked it a lot.

Has anyone opted to set their calorie goals according to F2F and then just not log their exercise? I am thinking that if I do that, all I have to worry about is meeting my calorie goal every day, and not worry about doing the math involved with eating back exercise calories. Just checking: BMR 1313 Dail Cal (from Chart on fattofitradio) 1961 TDEE (from TDEE Calculator) 2321 I should aim for 1961, don't go under 1313 and don't go over 2321 Is this correct?

keep at it if you enjoy it - after a while you get the hang of it - until then, you will feel veeerrrrryyyyy uncoordinated, but I swear eventually you will get it!! I love it!

Reading this has helped me understand - I had the same confusion, and I think I have it now. Never under BMR, eat back exercise....I've definitely been doing it wrong! Thank you

Thank you! So, would this be correct? If my BMR is 1395, and I burn 400 calories exercising, that day I should eat somewhere between 1395 and 1795? I was originally set at 1200 calories and that doesn't seem to be working for me so I am trying to figure this out - it seems to work for alot of people! After reading…

Pretty much all of the above! boots, bikini, cute dresses, smaller jeans, the stuff I already have in my closet....I want to be able to pick out something because I feel like wearing it, and not because of what it will cover up. I miss those days...and I'm going to get them back! I'm in with the shorties - 5'1" :smile:
