I agree. MFP has the most robust food diary online. I've live strong, spark people and even the one for my BodyMedia. Paltry at best. MFP rocks!

Here's what I've done: DONATE most items that were just for trend. TAILOR items that are classics and can be modified to fit my body. TOSS items that you know you should NEVER wear again, regardless of trend/style. KEEP a "measure my inches lost" pair of jeans and dress and anything in a smaller size. Celebrate. (repeat)

I have a BM, almost a month now. LOVE IT. As to your dilemma, it's interesting that the doc's reading was so much higher.... Question for Schitsngiggle: How do you find out what your projected weight should be week to week? I can't seem to find that.

Tried them. LOVED them. I found a group on at a really bad time of life, before I even started getting healthy. The punch card classes were a FAB way to shake up my workouts and move other muscles! I HIGHLY recommend!

YES. I do it at least 2x a year. TV, phone, FB (haven't returned since the last fast in Feb), Twitter... My iPhone has been on mute (no ringer) since January. I answer calls when I get back to my phone. I sleep through the night without disruption. I've been able to cut TV viewing to about 2 hours a WEEK. Yep, a week. It's…
