For me, it has nothing to do with my husband. I am not willing to leave my child at night to go to the gym since I work and this is the only time I have to spend with her. Therefore, I get up at 5am and workout at home instead. If you want it to work, you will make it work.

It depends on what you are making. This morning I put a whole chicken in the crockpot with no water. The chicken is full of moisture itself and so you don't need to add water. The recipe confirmed this.

My husband buys crap food all of the time. I just don't eat it. Willpower.

I love to bring veggie pizza! Crescent rolls for the crust, low fat cream cheese and sour cream mixed with dry ranch dip for the base and whatever veggies you want to put on top. Delish!

Planning is key for me! Before I leave work during the day, I plan out my supper and log it. This way I have a plan and I stick to it. Do this for the weekend as well. Plan out what you are going to eat each day and it makes life so much easier!

What about shutting the door for the room that your son sleeps in so the cat can't get in by him?? I have 2 cats and they were both declawed when they were a baby. I don't think it would be good to declaw a cat who is as old as yours is.

Thank you for this!! I was 261 lbs and confident as can be! I wore a swimsuit and didn't care what others thought about me. I will also dance at the bar and feel completely comfortable in my own skin. I loved myself than and continue to love myself now!

I found that I usually do really well on breakfast and lunch but would go home at night and just eat everything in sight. I started planning my supper meals on Sunday and then I would do my grocery shopping to get everything I need for the week. It helps me immensely to know what I am going to eat each night. I stay on…

I can relate to this. I set my alarm every morning for 5 am and have been doing this for months! I have yet to get up and go to the gym at 5 am. I was in a hurry last night so I poked it with a fork and stuck it in the microwave for 5 mins! Scooped the potatoes out and added some margarine, yum!

I can sympathize because I broke my toe in August. Don't do what I did, which was nothing! I stopped going to the gym, stopped eating well and gained 10 pounds between August and October. Anything is better than nothing :) Good Luck and hope your toe heals well!

I don't allow myself to drink anything else until I drink at least 8 glasses. So no soda, no crystal light, nothing until I drink my water for the day.

I weigh 230 lbs and I could care less what others think about me in a swim suit. I go to the beach, out on the boat, etc. Just find a suit you feel good in and say the hell with what other people think :)

My weakness is Mexican food......chips, guacamole, salsa, chicken chimichangas with cheese sauce, margarities, etc. All of these posts are making me hungry!
