    Coffee with fat free vanilla creamer and a Jimmy Dean Delights breakfast sandwich with turkey sausage, eggwhite and cheese. I love these because they keep me out of the drive thru!

    This is me experimenting with various things. This is a breakfast sandwich I made yesterday and today.

    It has:

    1 100 calorie english muffin (100 cals)
    1 slice veggy slices cheddar flavor (40 cals)
    2 large eggs (140 cals) *note using egg beaters will cut this cal count in half which I will start doing or using 1 egg instead of 2
    cajun seasoning from hell (0 cals)
    crystal hot sauce (0 cals)

    Total = 280 and awesomeness.

    A Sara Lee multi grain flat bun, spread 1TBSP Marzetti's fat free dill dip on it, 3 slices of turkey breast lunch meat and 4 slices of cucumber. Yummy!!

    I had 6 slices of turkey pepperoni and 2 oz cheese. It was a rather rushed morning
