Coffee with fat free vanilla creamer and a Jimmy Dean Delights breakfast sandwich with turkey sausage, eggwhite and cheese. I love these because they keep me out of the drive thru!0

I packet quaker original oatmeal
1.5 cups fruit salad with strawberries, blueberries and grapes
1 weight watchers colby jack cheese stick...........................and I'm still hungry........0 -
2 Kashi blueberry waffles with a spoonful of greek yogurt topped with agave and strawberries.

1/2 scoop of Bio Synergy Whey Protein
3/4 cup of grapes
1 30gram serving of plain oatmeal with semi-skimmed milk
2 walnut halves
1 shot of espresso0 -
a bob evan stuffer (its a biscuit with potato eggs and bacon in the middle)
a protein shake (if thats what you call it lol)
1/2 scoop banana protein powder
1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1/2 tbsp hershey carmel syrup
1 pump sugar free hazelnut syrup0 -
Two slices of vegemite 9 grain toast. Will have some greek yogurt in an hour or so!0

This is me experimenting with various things. This is a breakfast sandwich I made yesterday and today.
It has:
1 100 calorie english muffin (100 cals)
1 slice veggy slices cheddar flavor (40 cals)
2 large eggs (140 cals) *note using egg beaters will cut this cal count in half which I will start doing or using 1 egg instead of 2
cajun seasoning from hell (0 cals)
crystal hot sauce (0 cals)
Total = 280 and awesomeness.0 -
A Sara Lee multi grain flat bun, spread 1TBSP Marzetti's fat free dill dip on it, 3 slices of turkey breast lunch meat and 4 slices of cucumber. Yummy!!0

Panera spinach artichoke souffle and a cup of fruit salad. Calorie heavy but oh my goodness, how freakin' yummy!
Oh- So love the Panera souffles.....
I had 6 slices of turkey pepperoni and 2 oz cheese. It was a rather rushed morning0
