Cancer free for almost 7 years! I had mastectomy, with full lymph node clearance, chemo & radiotherapy and have since had a reconstruction with an LD flap. I've finished my meds now but am at least 2 stone overweight. Slow going, but I'll get there.

I've not felt exhausted. You are only restricting 2 days a week, not every day.

Have you thought of trying 5:2 or intermittent fasting? Basically you only stress about the calories for 2 days a week & eat normally for the rest of the time.

Joint accounts for 32 years. All the bills out and salary in go there. Tend to use credit card (joint) through the month and pay of at the end of the month.

I'm starting 5:2 tomorrow. Been on ww for 12 months. Lost a stone, but back a stone and a half and lost 10lb. Taken 3 months for the 10lb to go and I think I need a change. I will be tracking on here from now on.
