i do scotch and water when i am trying to lose. really packs a punch on an empty stomach so be careful

almost its important which bars you hold onto. I hold on to the bars closest together- not the far apart bars bc i dont want huge lats -

i started by jumping up from a bench and hanging. then i would go do very slowly. i still have to jump up to start but i can bust out 4 mini pullups (not going all the way down) for three sets. I am also doing full pushups 3x a week

i have tried them a few times but never broken a sweat. if it doesnt make me sweat, its not a workout for me

i realized today i am wearing pants today that i could not squeeze into a few years ago- and now they are loose, and not because they are dirty/stretched out- they are clean out of the dryer! lol

im 5'9.5" and i weigh 153 lbs, size 6. My biggest was post partum when i was 176 lbs and a size 12

people that are addicted to sugar get upset when you tell them sugar is bad for them. if they would just break the addiction they would understand, but they are not ready to do that yet.

i effing love beer. and i prefer the IPAs which have a ton of calories. makes me so sad. when i am dieting (now til november) i drink only on weekends and i drink bud select usually. very rarely will i treat myself to a good beer

when i am serious about losing or maintaining, i weigh myself every day. i dont weigh myself often during the holidays so i gain 10 lbs every year

ive always had narrow hips but i have found stairs and running make them even slimmer.

okay pullups are super duper hard but you can do it. I can do about 12 now but thats three sets of 4 and i dont go all the way down- more like i jump up and hold, then come down half way and back up. Im doing this 1-2 a week on top of my regular lifting and cardio. My first few times trying, i peed myself a little.…

my gym has free day care til 8pm. I took my daughter there several nights a week when she was very little, she loved it. Or i ran with her in a jogging stroller (they make double strollers) Now i am fortunate enough to have a gym at work so i go at lunch 5 days a week, and hit the free day care club once on the weekend.…

eat as many veggies as you want. the only caution is that iron is one vitamin that can poison you if you eat too much. eat all the colors of the rainbow, not just green
