i take c4 before my workouts- i can tell a difference but not much maybe bc i drink a ton of coffee everyday. fruits and preworkout together may make you crap yourself.

both are important. You can actually gain strength doing cardio when you do the elliptical or bike with a heavy resistance. Just free spinning with no resistance isnt going to do much for you unless you are very out of shape. I use a 20 resistance on the bike and a 13 on the elliptical. I also lift most days of the week

honestly you just have to tough it out. If you are eating enough nutrition and calories for your body, you are fine. the hunger will eventually subside when your body gets used to eating less. A little discomfort will not kill you.

i do take vitamins and have for years. I take a Super B Complex and Vitamin D every day and every other day i take a prenatal. I was taking the prenatal every day but my blood work showed my iron is too high- so i cut back. Too much iron can poison you

im 41 so its harder for me to blast away the winter belly fat but what works for me is: no sugar, no alcohol (and definitely no soda but thats a given) and plenty of high intensity cardio. i eat most of my veggies raw bc my kid likes them that way and i am also too lazy to cook them. Sugar snap peas are our favorite, along with cucumbers, broccoli, sweet peppers, zucchini. we dip them in ranch sometimes

sugar is a powerful addiction but for me once i quit it, i am good to go til PMS. This is why i dont believe in cheat days. once you give in to sugar, you want more and more

you have to create a custom exercise. google how many calories burned per hour of weight lifting for someone of your size. mine is 300 something per hour.

yes people are rude when you are dieting. esp if you arent overweight. I try to avoid sugar and people actually get pissed about it.
