Stationary bike calorie burn discrepancy
why is there such a big discrepancy between what MFP tells me I burned doing 20 mins on a stationary bike (244) vs what the bike tells me (144)? a night of drinking = totally fell off the diet wagon

Resistance on the elliptical or bike
For a much higher calorie burn and a better workout, increase your resistance! I cant believe how many people i see with a resistance of only 1-3. Make your time in the gym count! Push it!

When you are doing cardio on a machine at the gym that has you input your weight in before you start, why are the calories burned so different from what MFP calculates and which do you trust more? I always go by the machine
