Last year i lost 13 lbs very easily and quickly using MFP. Raved about it and told anyone who would listen. Then i got sick of logging every little calorie when i wasnt looking to lose anymore. So I quit tracking. And i am back up 5 lbs. So here I go again.

I do find tracking every little thing i consume quite tedious but it is very effective. Hopefully I can take 10 lbs off quickly and then just maintain and not have to track all day every day. It sure is easy to put the weight back on!

    I joined about 7 weeks ago and lost 9 lbs. All of a sudden I'm starting to slip on the eating and also hate logging the calories. I hear you!
