a night of drinking = totally fell off the diet wagon

Dang it!!! I ate starbucks for breakfast, taco bell for lunch and pizza for dinner yesterday after going out drinking and dancing with friends Saturday night. This morning I had a tummy ache!!

I also laid in bed and did absolutely nothing all day. SHAMEFUL!

Trying to get back on track today and im still slipping. Had some chocolate today, and eating more of that pizza for dinner.

But at least I worked out today!

    Slip ups and cheat days keep you sane. Use it as motivation to fuel your workouts this week. If you're feeling burned out or craving pizza don't be afraid to rest or splurge every week or two. It's not gonna hurt you as long as you get back on track afterwards.

    It's the alcohol...it always makes me eat badly. That's why I have to lay off the beer.

    I wouldn't just give up now because of one bad day. Forgive and start a new day. I have cheat days built into my week for stuff like what your describing. 1-2 days a week I eat up in calories. I also eat whatever I want as long as it fits into my calories for the day.
