shrimp and noodles

I love this recipe and its so easy

1 lb of cooked shrimp
8 ounces whole grain spaghetti or angel hair (cooked)
2 cups broccoli slaw mix
a small bunch of green onions thinly sliced
1/2 cup minced fresh cilantro
2/3 cup sesame ginger salad dressing

toss it all together and serve chilled.

I have been making a batch of it every few weeks to take to work for lunch all week.

serving size is 1 1/3 cup which is about 260 calories, 3g fat, 147 mg cholesterol, 523 mg sodium, 36g carbs, 2g fiber, 22g protein
