When u don't log ur food for that day and u just eat whatever and don't have accountability to urself for what u ate, that is what I call a cheat day, even though no one may see u, u know urself. Trust me I know first hand,

Well ur on ur way to loosing weight! Keeping a journal and tracking what u eat does make a difference, I was on weight watchers before and had to pay the big bucks for what MFP is giving for free! I LOVE this sight! Make friends and read others blogs it really helps!

i tried pepperidge farm very thin--3 slices per serv.-90cals (100% whole wheat)

doing something u really enjoy takes the boredom out of exercise also u only need about 30min. and u can split that up into 3-10min sessions, try just walking that's the most tried and true exercise!!

I think that u should drink at least 64ozs per day and extra if u are working out, but don't overdo it just know what ur body is needing according to ur workout, pee color, and if u r thirsty. hope this helps!!

Im with everyone else don't give up and do give yourself a day of rest, I watch what I eat but i dont stress myself about it so try not to stress ok-- im praying for ya!! be encouraged!!:drinker:
