POOP?? does anyone know?
Hi all, seeing this is a fitness site, I felt it would be ok to ask this question--does anyone know how often you should poop a day? for me it's usually 1x a day sometimes every other day, is this good?:tongue: or bad?:sad:

leg cramps? why??
so last night I woke up with leg cramps twice, I was sleeping and stretched my leg and caught a cramp in my lower left calf! It happened twice and I jumped up and was hollering!! I hadn't been exercising in about a week or so and Im not sure if it's from not exercising or what, Does anyone know? Can u help me out? Thanks!!!

I came into work today feeling pretty good, and logged onto MFP and started to read this blog about someone wanting someone to talk to, OMG I was laughin!! and I know I should be doin my work but I kept reading, so I wanted to blog and say I just love this sight!! so much to say and read about ....if u know what I mean:}

Excess exercise cals? Can u save for the weekend?
Whenever I exercise I usually accumulate between 800-900 cals, I eat the recommended 1200 and try and eat the other calories in that day (the 800-900) but sometimes I can't eat them all especially if I really eat healthy, can you all give me some advice on whether you can save them for the weekend?Thanks!!:happy:
