  • I try to stay away from red meat. It tears up my stomach big time. IF I eat it, it is the leanest of red meat. I keep egg whites (filling meal), 99% Fat free ground turkey, chicken tenderloins etc on hand. I do a lot of frozen veggies during the winter. Also salad.
