  • There are 2 rest days built into the basic schedule for a reason so if you're too sore then take the day as active recovery. Walking is a great idea or maybe do some yoga/pilates/stretching and get back to Combat tomorrow. By next week you may feel better and can do the extra day of workout. Do what you can and don't…
  • LOL too funny! I once did the music louder option for a Turbo Fire workout and I couldn't hear Chalene over the noise! I never tried it again because of that experience. Perhaps once I get the routines down (and I get tired of hearing the same banter and jokes) I'll reconsider but for now the normal music volume is fine…

  • I used my 10 lb dumbbells until the last section of shoulder presses when I had to go down to 8s. I had great success upping the weights over time during both Les Mills Pump and Chalean Extreme so I expect I'll be doing the same for Power HIIT 1 over the course of 60 days.   • HIIT 1 is the only workout with burpees to my knowlede...although it's possible HIIT 2 also includes them since I haven't previewed that one yet. Modifiy modify modify...that's the name of the game until you're ready to take it up a notch. You'll still get an intense workout but it's ok to pace yourself!

I did the first 2 rounds modified and then said "what the heck" and banged out 4 of the level 3 version (with plyo jump after the burpee) just to see if I could do it.   • Rockin body is absolutely fun and you will sweat, although you won't feel like you're working out because you're dancing. I highly recommend buying this program, especially since the base kit is only $19.95. Besides, if you hate it you can always return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund!

  • I would substitute for another plyo workout before giving up the day to rest (unless your body feels like it needs the extra day). Did you try the 2nd HIIT - Shock Plyo yet? If you like that one better then just do that one instead of the other.
