  • The best way to track is to get a heart rate monitor and enter the result into a custom exercise entry that you create. Otherwise, the generic MFP exercise types don't necessarily factor in your height, age, current weight, etc. into the calculation.
  • Fusion Lower Body I must admit this is probably my LEAST favorite of the workouts. Lots of plyo and the focus is all on lunges and squats. Got through it this morning but cursed JNL the entire way through.
