So much great advice on this thread. One thing that also helped me was to build a support network of like minded people so I always had someone to talk to. I friended lots of people on this site who were using the same workout program I was so we had something immediately in common. The community on MFP is full of great…

Here's the thing about Isagenix. Isagenix isn't designed as a weight loss product, it is a cellular cleanse/purification program designed to replenish and reboot your system at the cellular level. Weight loss is just a side effect of the program. Another thing to consider is that Isagenix isn't a meal replacement; it's a…

Results to date from using the Isagenix 30 Day system plus clean eating, using Focus T25 6x/week, drinking 120 oz of water daily, and getting at least 7 hours of sleep each night...19.6 lbs lost and 10" gone from my chest, waist, abdomen, and hips. I'm down a bra size as well and my size 12 jeans are getting looser!…

My profile picture is now a comparison of day 1 to day 30 on my new plan. I think it's important to also take pictures to remember where you started and what you've accomplished!

Happy to say that today is day 30 of my first 30 day program! Although I will be doing my official weigh in and measurements tomorrow, I am so excited to say that I am down 16.4 lbs in 29 days! I decided to do a 2 day deep cleanse yesterday and today and I'm still doing great. Can't say enough good things about this…

Hi All. I am not new to MFP but I am new to Isagenix. Today is day 18 of my first 30 day cleanse and I feel fantastic! My energy level is through the roof! I am down 14.4 lbs so far and going strong. I've also been doing Shaun T's T25 6 days a week, drinking 100 oz of water every day, and trying not to stress about the…

I am a coach BUT I'm not replying as a means of soliciting anyone. I've done just about every BB program over the last 8 years and I thought Turbo Fire was my soulmate workout but then I found T25 and OMG I am obsessed with this one. I got so bored with my old BB workouts that I did JNL Fusion just for variety. It was ok…

I love my Polar F7

The best way to track is to get a heart rate monitor and enter the result into a custom exercise entry that you create. Otherwise, the generic MFP exercise types don't necessarily factor in your height, age, current weight, etc. into the calculation.

Fusion Lower Body I must admit this is probably my LEAST favorite of the workouts. Lots of plyo and the focus is all on lunges and squats. Got through it this morning but cursed JNL the entire way through.

2nd time through Shoulder Shredder. This is a tough workout! I did 2 of 3 warmup circuits from Insanity first and then did the Insanity cool down at the end. Loving the combination of Shaun T and JNL in the mornings!

Wow some new faces and I was only gone a couple of days! Welcome! Today I did Speed and Agility. Whew, it was only 20 minutes long but I was SWEATING big time! I liked this one a lot and look forward to doing it again. No strength moves, just pure cardio...6 circuits, 3 sets each. Drills from basketball, football, soccer,…

I'd be up for joining your group!

Day 7 Upper Body Blowout Loved this one too. I'm so happy to see I'm enjoying these workouts. So far I don't find JNL too annoying and, thanks to Insanity, I now know how to focus on what I'm doing rather than what the people in the video are doing so I go at my own pace. This one was another sweat fest. Who knew you could…

Day 6 Crazy Cardio Circuit Another winner! Today I did 1 round of the warmup and the warmup and cool down stretching segments from Insanity. I felt so much better and more ready to start the actual workout afterwards. will definitely be doing this again before and after all JNL workouts. CCC is wholly focused on the core…

I say the same thing to myself Elena! Day 5 Lean Legs OK I enjoyed this one as well. Weighted squats, lunges, and pelvic thrusts (laying down never felt so good  combined with 30 second cardio blasts. I'm starting to get the rhythm of JNL's workouts. I woke up extremely sore across my chest and biceps this…

Day 4 Bicep Blaster I enjoyed 1/2 of this workout. 3 circuits dedicated to hitting the bicep from all angles coupled with 30 second cardio blasts and then 3 circuits of PUSH UPS coupled with 30 second cardio blasts. All I can say is OWWWWWW!!!! My shoulders are on fire. I did the warm up and cool down from Combat 45 which…

Elena - thanks for sharing YOUR story. As I was writing my little blurb I kept thinking of how much whining I was doing and how many excuses I've been using for not sticking to my plan. I'm so proud to hear that JNL Fusion is working for you. Your words will motivate me to push play because I hope to see results like the…

Those are some great results!!!! I've been a Beachbody junkie since 2005 and I lost (and kept off) 43 lbs until 2011 when I lost my job and moved across the country by myself to start a new one. My husband and I lived apart for 1 year while he job hunted and continued to work in Las Vegas. We recently (finally) purchased a…

Thanks for responding Elena. It's good to hear that you've had great results from the program. Are you following her eating plan or doing something else?

Day 3 TKO Fat Blast OMG I loved this workout!!! I did the warm up and cool down segments from Les Mills Combat 30 and that seemed to help. This workout had 6 circuits - 30 seconds of a kickboxing move (punches, squat kicks, side squat kicks) and 30 seconds of cardio (JNL jacks, burpees, jumping rope, running in place).…

Cool thank you so much for that advice!

Day 2 Fusion Lower Body Oww. As I suspected, my shoulders are SORE this morning so I was happy to see that today's workout concentrated on the lower half of my body. Lots of plyo in this one. Weighted squats, lunges, squat leg lifts, squat side leg lifts, etc. coupled with 30 second intervals of jumping lunges, half…

I'm finishing up my first round of Combat this week and, although I enjoyed the program, I agree it was nowhere near as intense as Insanity or Turbo Fire from a cardio standpoint. I'm planning to do a hybrid of Combat and Les Mills Pump next. I think Pump is a fantastic program...although I have to tell you I love Chalean…

Wow those are some great results Ladies! I'm not discouraged by any means and I am not a quitter so, scale movement or not, I will finish this 60 day program.
-
Glad you guys are still hanging in there with me!
-
Laura if you think you're ready for it then I highly recommend you give Combat 60 a try. I think you'll like it!
-
3 weeks sounds entirely too long Laura. Definitely give them a call to see if the replacement was sent. I think you should have received a confirmation email once it was shipped.

LOL yay thanks for hanging out with me!
