  • The original peanut butter cups were nasty but the improved one is really tasty. I love Quest bars. Can't wait to try the chocolate chip cookie dough and banana nut muffin ones next. Vanilla almond and chocolate brownie are my favorites.
  • You are so right Laura. This is a journey not a diet so 80% clean eating is the goal but not always achievable. Just keep doing what you're doing! Great job waking up early. I find getting my workouts done first thing makes me feel less guilty when I get home from work and just want to lay on the couch in front of the TV!
  • I've taken Combat classes at a gym and I loved them too. The home version is great because I can do them whenever I want regardless of what the rest of my day looks like. So glad you're becoming obsessed! It's such a phenomenal program!
  • Ooh Pump is awesome and the instructors are all so pretty  Plus the music is fantastic! I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great strength training program!
  • I have to get up at 4:30am to get it in but today was the first time I was able to dig deep and really get into it!
  • Maybe I should just start a "Combat and ..." group so everyone can participate?!?!?!? MzTate you're CRAY CRAY! Turbo AND Combat...my legs are tired just thinking about it!
  • Welcome Aleasha! I'm so glad to see you've joined our group. I sent you a message in a different thread about the next challenge group and I also friend requested you so we can stay in touch. I think you'll find we are a pretty supportive group so feel free to jump right in! If there's anything I can do to support you in…
  • Hi MissDefinate thanks for your question. We're coming to the end of the first 30 days in the current challenge but you can still join us if you don't mind being on a different schedule OR if you think you know a couple of people that would be interested then I'll open a new group and start a 2nd one! Your choice. Do you…
  • Did you really lose 10" in your chest or is that a typo??? Great job regardless!
  • Great job Ladies!
  • I had lumps when I mixed the protein powder and oatmeal together BEFORE microwaving it so now I make my oatmeal and then once it's hot I stir in the powder and then add a splash of milk. Voila no more lumps!
  • You guys are doing so well! Let's not forget Tony Horton's motto - "Do your best and forget the rest!" This program is not meant to be a chore. If you deviate from the schedule it's ok. Be aware of what you're doing and how your body feels. Do not feel that you have to "catch up" to be considered successful. The point of…
  • Personally I don't think it matters. If it would help motivate you to do one today then I would do whichever one is your favorite so you have something to look forward to. If you're still not feeling well though and just can't get it done then don't worry about that either. Your body needs time to repair and it may still…
  • Thanks for all your support Ladies. I had a chocolate Shakeology shake with unsweetened cocoa powder and unsweetened almond milk and that gave me an energy boost and stopped the dizziness. It's weird, ever since I stopped eating wheat I no longer have any craving for sweets. Shakeology hits the spot and I don't look for…
  • I think that's a great plan, Laura. Enjoy your time away!
  • LOL I mutter to myself a lot during this one! I did better this time around too so I was encouraged but my legs were TIRED at the end. Ugh!
  • LOL then it's definitely a good thing you've found a planet of people just like you (so says Chalene Johnson!)
  • Glad you're ok Laura!
  • I'm just doing the beginner Warrior schedule and throwing in an extra workout on day 4 because it's supposed to be a rest day. Which one are you following? There are others following the Ultimate Warrior schedule.
  • I just add the workout I've done for the day as an entry. It sounds like you may have entered the program in the SuperGym as a preset schedule? Customer Service should be able to help you remove that feature so you're able to add the workout you've actually done that into the gym.
  • You are so brave! Thank you for sharing your before pics. I'm so looking forward to seeing your progress during the next 60 days and beyond!
  • Lo - there's no right answer. Do what you think your body can handle. Pain is nothing to be taken lightly so don't fear the need to baby yourself if it's that bad. Running on the elliptical is plenty of a workout if that's all you get around to doing today. Hope it feels better soon!
  • I just purchased the Ultimate Warror kit to supplement my Combat program. I haven't received it yet but I'll let you know my thoughts once I do. For $22 (w/Coach discount) it was hard to turn down! I also bought the Combat gloves and those haven't arrived yet either.
  • I'll be posting in this group long after the 60 days are over, Laura, so you won't be alone while you complete your 1st round. I think my next program will be LMC but the Ultimate Warrior schedule and maybe I'll throw in some Les Mills Pump for additional strength training. Just a thought for now........ Great job on…
  • Welcome Kris!!! So glad you decided to join us on the journey. If there's anything you need don't hesitate to ask. Sharon

  • You ladies ROCK! I'm so glad we're going through this challenge together. I'm proud of all your week 1 accomplishments. Cheers and here's to an even more successful week 2!
  • Good to know about Combat 60. I'm looking forward to trying that one...maybe next week instead of the first rest day.
  • I might have to start calling you Ms. Machine if you keep that up!
  • WTG Laura. Proud of you for getting out of bed to get it done!
  • Excellent advice! Thank you!
