Week 3 Day 4 Cardio Recovery and Cardio Abs Had to throw in Cardio Abs today to make up for not doing it yesterday. I finally got my FitBit up and running this morning so I'm excited to see what it says I burned during tomorrow's Core Cardio & Balance session.

Week 3 Day 3 Plyo Cardio Circuit I think my HRM is officially broken. Must be time to get the FitBit operational and loaded with my info. Must do that tonight after work.

Impressive!!! I did the fit test on Monday because I wanted to see if my results improved especially since my weight loss hasn't been as great as I expected from this program. My results were better than I expected so I feel much better that I'm actually getting benefits from doing this 2nd round!

Week 1 Day 4 Cardio Recovery I enjoyed the stretching during this one. Max Recovery is so much harder so it was nice to scale things back again to this level.

I did Turbo Fire to build up my cardio endurance and then did Rockin Body to get used to Shaun T's instructor style. Insanity is awesome...hard but awesome!

Scale, shmale...you look amazing! I just started round 2 of Insanity this week. I only lost 5 lbs during round 1 but I lost inches all over including 3 off my waist! I'm hoping to see even better results after a 2nd round!
