Insanity is a kick butt workout program from Beachbody. Shaun T is the instructor and he's awesome. It's a 60 day program that's split into 2 months...5 workouts scheduled in month 1 and 4 new ones during month 2. If you google "Insanity" there are tons of videos for you to watch to see what it's all about.

Don't worry about what the scale says during Insanity. Your body is going to go crazy because of the additional intensity and your muscles will retain water like crazy. Week 10 Recovery Decided my body needed a rest day, especially since I stayed up way later than usual to watch my Giants beat the Panthers. Will get back to Core Cardio & Balance tomorrow.

Week 9 Day 6 Max Cardio Conditioning & Cardio Abs Ok so I needed to take 2 rest days this weekend before I was physically able to bang out the last workout in Round 1 but I did it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Week 9 Day 5 Max Interval Plyo 1 more day until round 1 is OVER!!!!!!! I can't say I lost a ton of weight but I can say I've seen my entire frame shrink as a result of this first 60 days. I'll be posting final results on Sunday and plan to do the final fit test on Monday so I won't be able to post those until that day.

Week 9 Day 4 Core Cardio & Balance Woke up extra sore this morning. I think my body really needs a recovery WEEK or two before I start back in on round 2 of Insanity. I think I'm going to play this by ear and see how I feel after a week.
