Yeah in high school I was on swim team for 3 years and remember pushing myself in relay racse and feeling the same way. As I built endurance, it happened a lot less. I just never thought it was asthma because it went away as I got stronger, but now I'm seeing that that can happen with asthma.

I am so happy I posted this because I am loving all the feedback! I just read through all the answers and either laughed at some (racing people in your mind) or thought you guys had some creative answers. For those who think running with distractions is bad, try having a brain like mine! If it takes away from my workout,…

Yeah it's weird for me, I can run at 5.0 on the treadmill for a mile and no attack. If a run outside (where I can't determine how fast I'm going) I get a heavy feeling in my chest, feel like a have to spit a lot, and eventually get phlegmy and wheezy. Since it's happened in a pool from swimming, I'm going to assume it…

I am not worried about the inhaler cost, but the cost for a Dr. visit out of pocket is $100 or more. I will try a walk in clinic, I didn't think they'd be able to give me an RX for something like asthma. My entire family suffers from asthma so I'm not surprised, was just hoping someone had a natural remedy that I could try…

I will see how much a visit is - I've felt this before with every sport I've ever done, but it only happens when I really push myself. Does that mean it's triggered by high intensity?

That sounds a bit low for 5'4, maybe consider toning rather than losing.

I feel like a could of written your post. It's like I'm constantly "starting over". I lost 40 lbs in 5 months in 2012 and felt amazing, like I was on top of the world! But then I had to get a full-time job and it through off my routine. It's a year and a half later and I'm trying to find a new routine that works with my…

I am so jealous! I really need new clothes but I'm forcing myself to wait until I'm at my goal. 15 more to go!

Your waist line seems slimmer in the left one.
-
This is why I don't want to get one lol I'm afraid it will say something different and I'll change my eating habits and gain weight. If whatever you were doing before was working then don't change too much.

Lose 2 inches off my waist! If not 2 then at least 1!

I asked my boyfriend and he just said he's always attracted to me. I could have the body of a super model and I doubt it would make a difference to him. He didn't really notice when I gained weight and he doesn't seem to care that I've lost any.

I lost around 18 lbs doing the program and now I'm still running. BEFORE Untitled by Iswimforbrighterdays, on Flickr AFTER Untitled by Iswimforbrighterdays, on Flickr

How did you do it?
-
I did! But I'm not going outside because it's 1 in the morning lol.
-
Thank you everyone!

I can totally see a different, also I like your ticker but I've puked and kept going lol. Ever since I'm afraid to get on the treadmill if I'm nauseous!
-
You can definitely see a difference but did you lighten your hair? I think it looks so pretty dark! I'm jealous!
-
I didn't receive one.
-
I'm in!
-
Wow that looks like a BIG change to me!
-
I understand I'm stuck at 33 inches and I used to have a 27 inch waist. I'll be happy when I see 29 lol.
-
Go stuff your face! Is it possible to find a happy medium though? Maybe workout more so you can eat what you want.
-
Thanks! I can't wait to see what another 3 months will do.
-
I'm in but no promises since I'm going on vacation for a week in April lol.

The one thing I've learned is to repeat weeks when you have to and go at a speed you're comfortable with! If a workout is so hard that I dread it then I need to take it down a notch.
