I have and love my Wii game. I have used the Sports game with the tennis, baseball, etc and I have lost weight. It is a great tool to get you started and if you don't feel like going to the gym or have a lot of time and want to squeeze in some cardio.

I agree with most of the comments. Once you determine what your current (and temporary) size is treat yourself to a pair of jeans. If you find something great on sale, buy a pair a few sizes smaller and try them on every now and then to see where you are. I do that and it feels great when you can raise the zipper…

I guess it really doesn't matter how old anyone is because it hurts regardless. Take that experience as an inspiration to continue on your journey to get back in shape. You will have the last laugh.
