I assume they over estimate a lot but some things are pretty accurate. The biggest problem if a 6'4'' 325lbs man runs 6mph for 30 minutes he is going to burn a lot more calories than a 5' 4'' 130lbs girl.

Change you exercise routine totally and eat some different foods more fiber maybe. Also sometimes eating more actually helps depending on what and how much.

I personally get 1410 calories a day not including exercise calories. I'm a 70'' 212lbs male. I average about 2lbs a week loss. If you want results than you have to sacrifice. When I want to eat more I work out more. I've lost 99lbs exactly and 53lbs since I've been on here.

ALL VEGETABLES ARE SAFE TO EAT RAW! Corn and potatoes are starches. I prefer raw veggies, they are yummy! Just rinse them off and enjoy!

Agree! Two people living together in the same house don't make a relationship. Especially when neither spend much time in each others world. I truly feel that is his way of saying I feel neglected and I need some us time. Even the toughest guys need loving!

Who wouldn't, but tomorrow you could slip on the bath tub and be a quadriplegic. You must have some balance in your life. If you want a "diet coke" once in a while than enjoy it. Continuously depriving yourself from something is not mentally healthy.

Moderation!!! For me their need to be a balance in life. Be healthy, but if you enjoy something (diet coke, a Reese's cup, etc...) than do it moderation. Be smart about your choices and you can enjoy the little things in life.

If the last 10lbs are the hardest to lose, than try to lose 20lbs and quit halfway through! ;)

We have about 30 miles of bike/walking paths going through our neighborhoods around the lake. I find it is fine to wear them with the volume turn down. Though I wouldn't wear them on the street or at the very least only one plus low. Though I'm not sure it would be a chance worth taking!
