Eggs! I blumin love eggs! a one egg omlette with some cheese or in a pita is about 280 cals (a little outside your specification, but it will keep you full for 4-5 hours!!) Have a look at my diary, you will see how much I love eggs for brekkie :D

I could never give up my coffee! Just switch to low fat milk! No penance required, just a little switcheroo!
-
Yes! just needing something that tastes nice in your mouth yeh? peppermint tea or hot sweet tea has worked wonders for me on this.

Try this: http://www.bbc.co.uk/food/recipes/quickhummousandolive_71473 It's like a little pot of deliciousness. :)

I use it *all* the time! I was eating so much cereal :D 30g doesn't actually take up as much space as I was filling in that bowl of mine :D But yeah, it's made life so much easier, especially using the recipe tool on here!! It's a fantastic tool.

Stop beating yourself up over it. You've taken a big step by recognising a pattern of behaviour that you want to try to change. Now you need to take action. When you're sitting in front of the TV and the urge to binge comes upon you, you ed to ask yourself the important questions: Am I hungry? Am I bored? Am I craving…

Start slowly, things take time to settle down in your body! It will take about 3 months to see any kind of difference and the scales, well, the scales are evil filthy liars that are not to be trusted at times :) Take your time. It's all about getting healthy!

Yeah, how about European hard work? Or Northern Irish strength of character? Maybe I'm only allowed British stiff upper lippedness?
-
Northern Ireland here! Good luck with it!! Feel free to add if you like!

Just enjoy yourself. I find when I go on these things now I can't eat as much/drink as much as I used to anyway. Walk around, see the sights, eat the fabulous food and have a bloody good time! You can go on damage control when you get home ;)

303! *shakes head at self*

Portions, portions, portions! Buy yourself a little scale for the kitchen if you don't already have one and follow the "serving sizes" that you get on the back of packs. That's how I have been doing it now. I used to eat enough food in one meal to feed 3 people. I knew I was doing it, and I knew that I was going to bed…

Yeah, I had this as well, I actually took a wee holiday from being so strict and just enjoyed a holiday drinking what I liked (within reason) for a few weeks. Then i got back and upped the calories I was eating (1lb a week loss rather than 2) and increased my exercise - I'm learning to swim so that's something that my body…

It sounds like a symptom of food addiction to me, I remember back in the days *flashback* A friend of mine, when we would all go out, wouldn't drink to enjoy himself, he would only drink so that he would get drunk. Like falling down, we had to prop him up in a chair to make sure he wouldn't swallow his own tongue kind of…

I hear that! Sounds very very familiar. This year I went to Disneyland for the first time and space mountain blew my tiny mind! You can do it! *add sent*

I'm 30. 5ft 9, feel free to check my diary for my normal days. Some days I eat all my exercise calories, somedays i'm not hungry enough so I don't. Tend to sit around the 1500 - 1600 mark at the moment. Still have about 30lbs to lose.
-
I can't stand Gum, what I have done over the past year is made sure that I have something else to do. I mean it sounds silly to say it out loud, but honestly that's what I did. I always found myself wandering to the fridge of an evening to fill my face when I was bored. So I have taken up knitting. I'm learning to swim. I…

Have a hot Baileys, that'll sort it

To not lose it too much at the couple of parties I'm going to and to still lose 6.5lbs by the first Monday of December. I set it all up on twitter and monitor myself for the target: http://twitter.com/lastresortdiet

http://www.unique-vintage.com/black-white-polka-sweet-spot-swing-dress-p-13354.html I like this one the most, it's cute, not too revealing but still sexy without going down the cutesy wutesy line.

First thing was the lack of heartburn. There was a point where every time I went grocery shopping I had to buy a new pack of antacid tablets. I was going through them like sweeties! Once I lost about half a stone my body sorted that all out for me and I haven't needed them since.

"I managed to swim the whole length of the pool twice!" (I only started to learn to swim about a month ago)

I don't log the milk that I put in my tea/coffee, cause it's the only real calcium hit I get in a day and I don't want to restrict myself on it really. I overestimate the sugar to make up for it a bit :)
-
I used to get them all the time too, but it was always after eating a bag of crisps (potato chips). I had to stop eating them really, I have them now and again but I eat them really carefully. I actually have a wee ulcer, but I bit my lip and that was what caused that. Will look into the vitamin deficiency!

take measurements now! if your scales is messing with you then a tape measure could be your friend!
-
Been there, felt that! started off at 303lbs, I'm 5ft 9inches tall and I should be around 150lbs. I finally got to the point in my life where I realised that time was marching on with or without me. If I wanted to do anything with that time I needed to sort myself out and get healthy. Set yourself small goals, 5 - 7lbs at…
-
This time next year, maintaining at goal (about 150) and in a stunning bathing suit on a beach in Australia :)

Think of the Non Scale Victories that await you! You're busting some major *kitten* doing what you're doing and it'll only get better ;) I've found that breakthroughs with exercise happen in 3 month intervals. Keep it up, you're doing brill ;)
