  • Go and google Tia-bo calories burned. I just did this for Gardening, any physical activity should be counted as exercise.
  • I took a belly dancing class years ago. Loved it, not only a good, fun way to burn calories, you learn new moves that will enhance personnal play time also.:bigsmile:
