I have my boot camp and then i will do lifting weights after..hence the term LIFTING ;-). i dont like certain foods touching on my plate...ill carve barriers/lines into my plate so to keep a separation.....hot & cold foods can never go on the same plate And i create sound effects for movements or things that im doing .....this feed is starting to sound like an OCD anonymous thread hahahahahaha

A few things for ya.... -Exercise & sweat out as much as possible (sitting in saunas actually helps too) -Its suuuuuuper gross but taking a shot of vinegar a day should help clean you out as well -And for every bottle of water you drink, drink 2 bottles of straight cranberry juice. If you get the turkey burger from carls jr with the lettuce wrap instead of a bun. no mayo or cheese & add mustard its pretty delicious and only 179 calories!!! Or wendys apple chicken salad...a half a salad with the pomegranate dressing & no nuts is under 200 calories
