  • I have started getting up at 5am and walking/running with a couple of neighbors. This is extra since I'm still walking with my husband at night along with doing a Jillian Michaels dvd every other day. Hoping this will help shed those 10 lbs.

  • It looks like I lost about 4lbs and 5 inches. Not as much as I was hoping for, but I can definitely tell a difference in the way my clothes fit and endurance. I'm starting Ripped in 30 tomorrow. I took a rest day today and found it really hard to get through the day without going for a walk. I had to make myself rest.

  • L2D5 done...halfway thru L2. I only wish there weren't plank positions in all 3 circuits, but I will push through it. Endurance is definitely getting better everyday.

  • Just finished L1D3, but would love the support since I'll still be shredding in March! I'm currently only doing the 30DS and adding in some extra walking/hikes as I can on pretty days and weekends.
  • I started the 30 day shred on Sunday and just finished Day 3. I didn't see any reason to wait until the 1st. I couldn't wait to try it and out. It's going great so far!

  • You all look great and definitely gives me hope! I can do this even if my first c/s was 12 years ago (she weighed 8.9 lbs) and then my second 11 years ago (he weighed in at 11.3 lbs). I was huge and definitely have the skin and stretch marks to show for it, but I am inspired now. Thank you for sharing!
