I have started getting up at 5am and walking/running with a couple of neighbors. This is extra since I'm still walking with my husband at night along with doing a Jillian Michaels dvd every other day. Hoping this will help shed those 10 lbs.

It looks like I lost about 4lbs and 5 inches. Not as much as I was hoping for, but I can definitely tell a difference in the way my clothes fit and endurance. I'm starting Ripped in 30 tomorrow. I took a rest day today and found it really hard to get through the day without going for a walk. I had to make myself rest.

Only 1 more day left for me. I had to miss yesterday due to falling yesterday morning skinning both my knees. I walked yesterday, but wanted to give my knees a good 24 hour rest before hitting the 30DS. I'll finish up tomorrow, take a break on Saturday and then start Ripped in 30 on Sunday! WooHoo...L2D10 Complete!! Will start L3 on Tuesday since I'm busy tomorrow night at a banquet for my son. Can't wait to see what L3 is like! I have been more sore the last 3 days than I have the entire time. Advil is my friend tonight!

L2D5 done...halfway thru L2. I only wish there weren't plank positions in all 3 circuits, but I will push through it. Endurance is definitely getting better everyday.

Just finished L1D3, but would love the support since I'll still be shredding in March! I'm currently only doing the 30DS and adding in some extra walking/hikes as I can on pretty days and weekends.

I started the 30 day shred on Sunday and just finished Day 3. I didn't see any reason to wait until the 1st. I couldn't wait to try it and out. It's going great so far!

You all look great and definitely gives me hope! I can do this even if my first c/s was 12 years ago (she weighed 8.9 lbs) and then my second 11 years ago (he weighed in at 11.3 lbs). I was huge and definitely have the skin and stretch marks to show for it, but I am inspired now. Thank you for sharing!
