I don't believe anyone was trying to say that it was "all in your head." I agree with those who state that you've got to find a way to deal with it... Because it's a part of life. You know that, for most post-pubescent pre-menopausal women, it's going to come each month. So you need to find a coping mechanism that works…

Cholula & Sriracha mostly, then Frank's & Tabasco last.

Blackstrap molasses, or simply blackstrap, is the dark, viscous molasses remaining after maximum extraction of sugar from raw sugar cane. I would think that pomegranate molasses would retain a flavor of the fruit, but I could be wrong. If it TASTES similar to blackstrap, you would probably be fine, but if it doesn't, you…

BMR=basal metabolic rate=how many calories your body would need if you laid in bed all day and did nothing TDEE=total daily expected expenditure=how many calories, with your activity level, that you can expect to burn in a day SO you eat under your TDEE, but above your BMR to burn fat and retain LBM (lean body mass). Set…

You're trying to GAIN, right? You said your goal is to INCREASE by .5 lb at a time, correct? So why eat far less than your daily goal AND not eat the extra you burn? Color me confused... :ohwell:

Nice work! I'm just starting week 5 of alpha today. I can't wait to be done! lol

I've had mine for 11 years and it doesn't bother me at all, I don't even notice it's there. I also wouldn't recommend taking it out if you don't want to risk having issues down the line. I agree with the other poster who mentioned maybe taking it easy on the exercises that seem to bother it for the time being and allow it…

That's a pretty accurate summation. I think I read the vast majority of the original thread, other than a few intermittent tl;dr posts. Sorry to say I didn't contribute, but did receive quite a bit of entertainment for my afternoon. Oh, and FTR, I wasn't offended in the least by the picture, nor did I feel that she was…

Y'all totally made my day better giving me something amusing to read. Thanks! :drinker:

Thanks for the info! If I decide to get it, I'll definitely need to get some heavier weights, then. My heaviest dumbbells are only a measly 8#. lol

Any further info on Gamma? I've still got a while before I would need to order them anyway, as I'm in week 4 of Alpha. It just seems like a lot at $60+ for the 4 workouts. I'm looking for input as to whether the workouts are worth shelling out the extra cash.
-
Has anyone done the Gamma videos yet? I'm really on the fence as to whether it's worth shelling out another $60+ for 4 more workouts. I'm currently on week 4 of Alpha, so I still have time to make this decision, but I'd like some information from anyone who's done them as to what added value they truly bring, other than…

Exercises that firm up your pectoral muscles might help some, along with overall core work... I googled and found these: http://www.bodybuilding.com/exercises/finder/lookup/filter/muscle/id/1/muscle/chest http://www.fitnessblender.com/v/workout-detail/Bust-Booster-Chest-Workout-Breast-Lifting-Exercises/b9/…

lol It is here as well. I just meant that the "fatty area" there, would also be a "FUPA," never mind the wedgie part.

I don't eat fries very often anymore, but I usually dip them in some other kind of sauce (BBQ, honey mustard, occasionally ranch) or eat them plain. But, if I get fries at Long John Silver's, I eat those with vinegar, which I also put on my "chicken planks." lol Other than those instances, I don't generally use vinegar on…

You beat me to it! lol

Oops, I was posting that pic before you posted this... lol

That actually makes sense... But the road there in my hometown, the businesses that exist there, their addresses are "X Public Square." It was something we, as kids, always joked about, calling a circle a square, but... I imagine it was similar reasoning to what you said above.
-
In Ohio, I've generally heard them referred to as "round-abouts." I think my GPS calls it a "traffic circle," though. In the town where I grew up, there was a large one in the center of town, and it is actually called "The Square." :-/ Strange, I know...
-
On/off ramps connect directly to most of the roads that need to access the highway/freeway, at least that's how it's done here in Ohio. We do have some access roads/service roads, but it's more common for the highway exits to actually exit onto the street.

Both 1 & 3.

<<< --- Ohio. Vinegar on fries is good, especially if they're "fair fries," in a cup. lol
-
This reminded me of the people who say "should of, could of, would of" rather than "should have, could have, would have."
-
Me too, from Ohio and having heard it basically all my life.

My tracking break was for different reasons... Got married and went on a cruise for our honeymoon. I wanted to be able to enjoy myself completely without being concerned about the caloric content of what I was eating. On the cruise, I couldn't log in anyway, as we didn't have internet (we weren't paying the astronomical…
