@Lisa2374, thank you for posting this question . I have the exact same issue you have. But I log EVERYTHING EVERY DAY! Because I need to be aware of what I am doing. Great Advice from everyone!

With the impulsive eating it seems to be more on the weekends (when I m not working) maybe I m eating out of boredom During the week I do weigh plan out and log before I eat, and I do stay on track. But on weekends I m not so I probably answered my own question. Thank you

My Calorie in take is 1260 I am burning around 460 Calories during my workouts. :s

Ok, so Im 5ft right on the nose! My goal RIGHT NOW, is 140, I may change that when I get down to 140lb as long as I feel good thats it a great weight for me!

I have an issue with the takeout food take Subway for an example. I looked for "Subway Flatbread" on here and I get Calories 220 Sodium 450 mg Total Fat 5 g Potassium 0 mg Saturated 1 g Total Carbs 38 g Polyunsaturated 0 g Dietary Fiber 2 g Monounsaturated 0 g Sugars 2 g Trans 0 g Protein 7 g Cholesterol 0 mg Vitamin A 0%…
