I can tell you that I usually get the twice the amount of fiber that MFP suggests just with a diet of LOTS of raw veggies and two fruits a day. Maybe you should go see your doctor and voice their concerns. When doc congratulates you on being fit and healthy just pass that news along. Then they can argue with your doctor about what is healthy and what isn't.
