I have to agree here. It is possible that there are people that aren't aware of what is in their food and perhaps IF they knew, it would make a difference as to whether or not they eat it.

I have the F4 and it is also waterproof and I haven't had any problems at the gym. Except that occasionally my heart rate will show up on the treadmill next to me.

I agree on all counts! And yes, from everything I've read, the ones with the chest strap are more accurate. I also read here that it is better to buy them online, they are better quality than the ones in the store.

Before you take that 20, have a big ol' glass of water. You might just be thirsty. This works for me in the afternoon, when I eat out of boredom.
