I think it is fair. If you go to a restaurant and eat two meals, you get charged for both. By the same right, if you take up two seats you should get charged for both.:wink:

I agree, strengthen that core. I had physical therapy for some slipped discs and the majority of the exercises that I do are for my core. I use an exercise ball for most of my home exercises because it makes me focus on posture. There are also a wide variety of exercises that you can do on them. As for the gym, I do a…

I have take some form of a multi-vitamin for several years now. I've heard that if you eat a well balanced diet that it is unnecessary... I just like to cover my bases...I feel like it couldn't hurt. But I do my best to eat from all of the food groups and get all of my fruits and veggies.

Good for you! I lost 50 pounds on weight watchers about 8 yrs ago. I kept it off until I got pregnant with my son 3 years ago. It is an excellent tool for portion control. Once you realize what a portion is supposed to be, it's hard to forget. Good luck!:flowerforyou:
