I know that I look a lot different since I've been working out. About 8 years ago, I went on Weight Watchers and lost 50 pounds. But I didn't exercise at all. This time around, I started exercising before dieting. Now I am wearing clothes at 167 lbs that fit me when I was 155. I don't think it is the same for everyone but…

Stop weighing yourself everyday. I had to force myself to only get on the scale once a week and it has helped me sooo much! I was getting so frustrated watching my weight go up and down. Get a measuring tape and ditch the scale. You shoulde be proud of yourself for the workouts that you have been doing!!

If you go to the exercise database, under cardio, there is a Hatha Yoga or Stretching exercise. That's what I do to count mine.

I have the Polar F4 and I love it, too! You can get them at any sporting goods store. I got mine at a Sports Authority. I was torn between the F4 and tha F6, a $20 difference. I'm happy with my decision.

How much sleep are you getting at night? I know I need at least 7 hours to feel like my workouts have energized me. Otherwise I feel like I'm dragging.

I know the answer is probably in an old post somewhere, but I can't find it. I just got my hrm and I love it!! The question is...I thought I saw something on a thread once that said to subtract your "what you burn being alive" calories from the total calories burned. Any advice on this? Please?

When I first started doing this I didn't know how to count my circuit training as cardio so I wasn't eating those calories and I was always hungry. Then I found out I was burning 200-400 calories more than I thought. Since then I've been eating those calories and have lost more weight and I feel better. I eat them because…
