  • :smile: I found that since I got my HRM it seems that the running section seems pretty accurate, just a bit low. I average out between my treadmil counter, HRM, and the site numbers. as with anything, it is always an estimate. I only eat back half of my calorie to be sure. :happy:

  • if you didn't find it in the data base, you will need to enter it in yourself. get the info from the package or maybe on the restaurants website. if you have neither of them, just try to find something similar that is already in the data base and use that. try to get as close as you can, that is the best you can do. :smile:
