Dragonfruit has a unique tropical flavor that i can't quite describe. It makes a dye that is 1000x more powerful than pomegranet at staining clothes (the skin has the dye), and it looks like an alien egg. In short... its AWESOME XD

Eh... you're paying good money for the food -- it shall be how you desire it. In other news, with no offense intended to any sandwich shop workers we have here, I have to say they have the lowest IQ's i can think of... I hate swiss cheese, and will ask for a sandwich with another cheese... 9 times out of 10, not 15 seconds…

I'll play! 2/4/10 --> 256 lbs 3/1/10 --> 250 lbs goal :)

farmers market = fresh local produce at a decent price... compared to pubix.. err publix produce, its a world apart, with similar and better prices. Also there are usually home made goods that are excellent. Just watch out for that old guy in a cadill....aaaaaaaarrghhh!

a journey of 155 lbs begins with a single workout... sounds like you're ready to get started. You have a good smile in your pictures, which I will take to mean you are happy in a lot of ways. And I think this is important in the process, since low stress and happiness inside are also factors in losing weight... Good luck…

Yay for curves!! :smokin: Yes that probably wasnt useful :bigsmile:

nope, you didnt undo everything if you've been consistant near 1200, your body wont even digest most of the excess... so just continue as if nothing happened... small bump in a long road... keep it up :)

a nice bowl of parsley has always helped me. It's kind of like nature's broom... And by no means eat cheese, it's a bit like natures drain stopper :laugh:

@TaraJ16 I started the year at 268.8, by april was down to 241, but then depression and slacking hit me, bounced back to about 250ish... but have been steady, so now for the next push... The podcast is great and paces me well, so I like it a lot...

thanks everyone! :happy:

I'm with you! I will start with D1W5 and repeat it until you catch up (week 5 that is), and its a program worth doing, and will boost your energy too... What part of the country are you in? South Florida here, so running in the heat for another month or so...

A little late here, but you could not be more right! I as a guy would not notice a lot of physical traits on a girl/woman if they didnt compete with each other to accentuate them, be it boobs, butts or whatever. Thusly, as long as women dress and flirt and flaunt, I will enjoy the show and keep looking for the best one.…

I have felt this way for a long time... It's not so much that we are losing and bad caloric foods cause indigestion, its more that we were never built to eat that much oil, and so we feel awful with it. It's like alcohol, we build a tolerance -- try the same experiment with hard liquor -- dont drink it for 6 months and…

Welcome to the adventure! The journey of 1000 miles begins with a single step. We'll be with you, for direction, support and encouragement. ~G

Well to tell the truth, that looks delicious! The only thing that would stop me is the size of the people in there... Fry bar FTW!!! But yeah I also wouldn't eat it even once a month either... Once in a while though... just saying :bigsmile:

Err, I wasn't clear enough. You're right, most women don't want "twig" men, but rather more "fit" and a little chub even, but definitely not too much :laugh: It's always bad when women refer to you as "the squishy man" :sad: PS... love your trampoline gif :laugh:

I've been pondering this for some time. I was going to Starbucks the other evening and noticed that about 3/4 of the people sitting outside were visibly overweight. I commented to my friend that America (including us!) is just getting fat. Then a revelation on the Starbucks menu. I love a white-chocolate mocha. A…

To borrow a quote from a previous president: "Stay the course" I went on a bender (of sorts :laugh: ) around St. Patty's day, and drank over a gallon of beer, wine and spirits over a 4 day period. In the end, it cleared out and I am doing fine again. It happens, just do the exercise and eat right again. Also if you do a…

@CasperO: You're right. I have a fitness book that has a quote I live by now: "Clean your plate into the trash, not into your stomach." I don't even have kids, but eating out, I'll eat everyone's extra food. To a point where friends just give me what they don't want 'cus I'll eat it...

estimate the size of the torpedo roll... add whole wheat bread in the appropriate amount veggies = about 15-20 cals per cup, so not much there use a vinagrette salad dressing for the sauce I have to estimate things often... so just build by parts...
