Creamer doesn't seem to exist in Europe! In fact, I just had to do a quick google and have now learnt something new. Can I ask, what function does the creamer actually play? I bought some B Twin ones from Decathlon at the weekend due to having left my bib shorts back in England. As above, it depends on what you do training-wise. I have got a Polar FT7 HRM that I use to track calories burnt on my workouts, which I find to be much more accurate than the MFP values. Good Luck! I've done a couple of 120+ mile night rides but nothing like 300+ in two days! In terms of advice, I think that it is all personal, but my tummy really didn't react well to energy gels.
