Day 4 Lower Focus. Dude, ShaunT was trying to kill my legs today! I felt the burn!!! Burned 270 calories. Ate great and scale moved. All in all a good day.

I did better today! I'm usually good Mon-Friday, then the weekends I forget to drink!

Day 3: Ab intervals. I did a lot of modifications, but I got it done! Those V's were just too hard for me. I like switching between the Ab and cardio bits. Calories burned, 185. Sorry so short, I'm on my phone.

Sometimes I will add calories to one day if I am or know I will be short on the next day. It sometimes makes me nervous, but seems to help.

Yes... THAT! The more people you tell, the more they will help keep you accountable! I never told people I was trying to lose weight for years. Key word, YEARS. Probably my downfall. But now I tell everyone, so then if I start slipping up I have built in support right there. Good Luck!!

T25 is a high intensity workout program by Shaun T, he is the guy that invented Insanity. Which... looks insane. ha. The biggest thing that drew me to the program is getting it done in 25 minutes a day!

Glad to hear the gloves helped! I think I may do the same because I have slippage issues. Thanks for the tips regarding the back... my hamstrings are tight, it is something I stretch everyday. My pelvis is also out of alignment, so I am sure that is contributing as well!
