Drink your water
How is everyone doing on their daily water consumption? Today I didn't get as much as I needed, but came close. I had about 64 oz of water, 8 oz decaf coffee and 8 oz of a carrot/berry juice.

Cookies with Vanilla protein powder
Ingredients: 1 very ripe banana (I used about a 7" one) 1 cup dry Oats 2 Tablespoons raisins 1 scoop French Vanilla Protein powder 1/4 teaspoon baking soda (to add some fluff) Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. And I feel fantastic! I had so many obstacles to working out, but I didn't let anything stop me. I feel stronger and I am resisting the urge to go measure myself until I'm done with the month. HA! I really enjoy these workouts!!!
