  • i lost 5 pounds! down to 157.6 my goal was 157 but 5 pounds is still great! way to go everyone keep up the good work

  • I eat on campus too but, my school's dining website has nutritional info. The food here isn't all that healthy but, I just add fruits and a salad to my meals, especially on the days where everything looks greasy.
  • I have the same problem! Whenever you feel like that try going for a walk or pick up your favorite book or magazine. If you just have to eat, pick something like nuts or another healthy snack, even though they are high in fat and calories they are still good for you.
  • 15 lbs. by christmas!...but hopefully more. I'm at 158 now(lost 2 lbs so far!), so hopefully I'll be 143 by Christmas, and my goal weight is between 125-130. The sooner it comes off the better but im shooting for february.
